Curtis Pope:

edition of the Cummins Real Estate Group show with Michelle Cummins, local Rockstar realtor and myself Curtis Pope. And here we are. It's another Saturday, another episode. Do we know what number episode we're on? We're keeping track of that when we got to like 200

Michele Cummins - PREC:

I got a big question mark on today's episode. Yeah,

Curtis Pope:

I don't know what number we're at now I've lost track because it was good for a while. I'm like over it. 202 or two or three. Now I have no idea.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

I have to look at our podcast numbers to know. And I haven't looked at that for a bit.

Curtis Pope:

Okay, because it is hard to keep track of because nobody else has put up with me for 200 episodes of anything. So

Michele Cummins - PREC:

I was just talking earlier. 2018 away. That was what that's when we started. Yeah. Ah,

Curtis Pope:

it's hard to believe are yours

Michele Cummins - PREC:

isn't going on five last count

Curtis Pope:

that nobody's put up with me that long other than my wife.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

No wonder we get along. I like your Johnny Cash shirt.

Curtis Pope:

Yeah, you know, I have like five Johnny Cash shirts. You know, just because for one thing that's, there's lots of them out there. And they're all black. And they're they're all They're always black. Actually. I saw one it was white and I went kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it? It's an oxymoron. Yeah, Johnny Cash shirt shouldn't be black. But ya know, I've got a few of them. I mean, he was definitely big in my household growing up and even now, you know, my, my oldest kid. He loves Johnny Cash.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

He's smart. Yes. Good taste.

Curtis Pope:

Yeah, he's even like he's literally like was show me a guitar technique. He goes early in Johnny Cash his career, Daddy put a playing card up in his napkin, when he played get that kind of sound. And I'm like, what? How do you know that? I don't even know that.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

It's Johnny Cash have a podcast?

Curtis Pope:

No, no, I think no. No, I don't think he would know he,

Michele Cummins - PREC:

you know, like one of his family members or somebody that worked with him. That's a possibility. Maybe you kind of like the you know, yeah.

Curtis Pope:

Maybe he was watching an interview with Willie Nelson or something or Kris Kristofferson? I don't know. But he was showing me this time. Like, that's kind of cool. All right. So yeah, even to this day, yo, yo, certain artists are just, you know, their icons and they're, they're timeless.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Kris Kristofferson lived in the Fort Langley area. Did you know that? Oh, yeah,

Curtis Pope:

he did live there for a while he was filming something he was living there. Richard remembers

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Richard used his generally as a daily driver back then. And we lived in Alder Grove and he would go to work the back route. Forget River Road. I think it's called. It was between Fort Langley and port Kells area. He was driving. And he remember he went into the ditch? Yes. He was falling asleep. You're supposed to stay between the ditches. Generally.

Curtis Pope:

Yeah. Keep between the lines. Yeah. Generally,

Michele Cummins - PREC:

generally speaking. But no, he went into the ditch. He got stuck on the way home one day and

Unknown:

he he is

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Michelle. That was Kris Kristofferson. That was before we knew he lived there. And then we found out he lived there through real estate. I was able to figure out where

Curtis Pope:

he lived and where he was filming up here. But yeah, he did live. I knew he lived out around here somewhere. We helped him pull out of the ditch doesn't surprise me.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

He didn't say a thing, though. And Richard didn't tell him who he thought he knew he was. But yeah, it was funny. The look he gave Richard at the end. And I think he said if I remember it correctly, yeah, stay between the ditches just like he didn't say anything the whole time. He just got out of his truck, hooked it up, pulled them out, and then got back in his truck. said that to Richard and drove off. Yeah,

Curtis Pope:

that's, that seems Kris Kristofferson. Like actually, it does. But yeah, I mean, like, you know, my my middle guy, Cody 18. And he because he watched the Elvis movies discovered Elvis now he's like, listening to all these all the songs. I'm like, the songs are almost 70 years old, a lot of these things, and he's listening to them now. They have good taste, you know, and kids that listen to The Beatles, and the stones and all this stuff, you know, or Johnny Cash. I mean, it's, it's interesting how kids today are still finding this old music and loving it.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Yeah. Do you like when they have the artist on screen singing or whatnot, and where there's a lot of artists that do that right now. And they sing with a past song or a past artists who've passed away?

Curtis Pope:

You know, it can be interesting. I think back to when when Natalie Cole did that with that King Cole. And I mean, that was a big deal. And it was a huge hit. I mean, I think it can be cool if there's some kind of a connection there. But sometimes it's like, how does this make sense? Why is this person singing the song with the artists?

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Because Elvis and his daughter makes sense, but you know, somebody who's just somebody who liked an artist and doing it's kind of Voc

Curtis Pope:

Yeah, you know, if there's a genuine connection or something there. I think it's kind of cool and, and it can be, you know, quite interesting, but yeah, It's It's music industry though. They'll try new things, anything to make a buck.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Talking about music industry, you know? Yeah, I don't know how this actually segues into it, but it's dry January

Curtis Pope:

it is and yeah, that was. So no Christmas copies for you.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Well, I was meaning Well, actually, I a lot of people I know are doing it. Oh, are you see you're somebody else. So I didn't know that. So last night, I'm sitting, having lunch with a colleague, and she's doing it and my brother, my sister in law, sorry, is doing it. And all of a sudden, I'm like, Oh, that is a great thing. But that everyone and please attest to it. Like, how are you feeling doing? Dry January, like how is it making you feel? What are some of the positives or any negativity?

Curtis Pope:

Or, you know, it's not that difficult for me because I really don't drink a lot anymore. I mean, I'll you know, maybe I'll have a couple of beers with my brother in law on the weekend or something, if we're together, but you know, I've gotten to the point where the hangovers just aren't worth it anymore. So it's not that big of a deal for me. You know, I do like a good beer. Don't get me wrong, but yeah, it's not that difficult. What's your favorite local beer? Well, that's like asking which one of my kids is my favorite changes on a daily basis? I always say that I have two great kids and people go but you have three and I go one's always being a jerk. They have a rotation.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

So okay, so when I go I'm going to a conference next week in Banff. It's a real estate conference. That's for all brokerages, all realtors across Canada, I'm bringing all my listings, I have renting a booth. I'm actually going to shop my listings, negotiate, like shop my listings around. And I was like, What can I attract the Fraser Valley to people who don't know who we're who or what the Fraser Valley is what we're about? How can I attract them? You know, the mighty Fraser? You know, you've got the sturgeon fishing. We've got great wineries. Well, we also have great breweries, and I was thinking something to add to all that would be really focusing on the local breweries, there's so many great ones

Curtis Pope:

there is, there definitely is I mean, and you know, depending on your definition definition of the Fraser Valley, I mean, there's a bunch in Port Moody all the way out, you know, to Chilliwack there's even one and hope you've got plenty of to offer there. And yeah, that is something that we have going first kind of like you know, I guess lower mainland is almost a bit like, you know, your old stomping grounds are Portland, Portland, Oregon. Yes. has quite the craft beer industry going on there as well. So yeah, I mean, that's definitely a plus for people like they like craft beers, more wineries are opening. I mean, there's so much about the Fraser Valley, you're so close to Vancouver, if you want to go to a concert or bigger vendor just go downtown for an evening. And at the same time, you can be out hiking and Manning Park and in an hour, hour and a half. You can be on a lake fishing, you can be hiking, you can you can do so much mountain biking, mountain biking, there's so much you know outdoorsy stuff you can do here and then we have our weather which is really quite mild compared to the rest of the country. But again, you take an hour and a half drive and you can be in the mountains with snow. And we have how many ski hills within an hour two hours

Michele Cummins - PREC:

of us speaking of my Sasquatch mountain cabin that I have now which I am starting to rent it out now pre Airbnb, there's just a couple of small exterior things I want to do to it but it's awesome Quebec style chinking log chinking cabin two storey with a walkout basement. We got a pool table some smart TVs we've got a hot air hockey love air hockey and ping pong table and it's just so cozy wood burning fireplace it's it's a large place it can sleep 12 Plus, and All new appliances and we've totally redid the inside is so cozy and cute and Caveny but so if anybody wants to go to Sasquatch was the hemlock and ski or do anything up there? Yeah, you can actually it's I put a little bit teaser on my social media but you can contact me I'm happy to send you all more photos and information on it but it is for right now.

Curtis Pope:

That's pretty cool. And

Unknown:

one of my Airbnbs

Curtis Pope:

What do you think about that? Yeah, we have Sasquatch resort. We have Mount Baker. We have Seymour we have with we have Whistler we have Cypress we have grace we have Manning Park I mean all these ski hills and places to do outdoor recreation are within a couple hours you really don't have to go anywhere else. No, you're really set here. And of course in the spring there's always those people that like to try to get up on the mountain do some day skiing and then hit a late maybe late afternoon like tee time and golf and ski in the same day and

Michele Cummins - PREC:

then all the golfing we have the great golf there's a lot of golfing so many amazing things you can never be bored in this area and it's all within a day's drive. Yeah less than days drive

Curtis Pope:

yeah and you and then if you want to, you know get away from it all you can be in the Okanagan in like two and a half three hours.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Yes and then all Those wineries and that huge little all the lakes and

Curtis Pope:

a henskee Hills up there to you have skills and Vernon and Kelowna and Kamloops

Michele Cummins - PREC:

all year round. In fact, my Airbnb Sasquatch. One is called All Seasons cabin because there's you can enjoy all the seasons there. It's amazing. So that's our whole area you can enjoy every season. It's not just one seasons amazing. They're all amazing. Yeah, it's true now. Okay, so I have to say, I'm sitting here with like nine pending transactions, all that's happened in the last week and a half. So that's

Curtis Pope:

why I keep looking at your phone to see if there's another one coming.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

The real estate market has been actually quite good and busy the last week and a half to two weeks.

Curtis Pope:

I know there's a new listing in my neighborhood just went up the Simon just went up yesterday listed by my office, I believe I believe it is. Yes. One of your one of your co conspirators. I mean, your coworker. She's hilarious.

Unknown:

I love her. Yeah,

Michele Cummins - PREC:

it's it's yeah, it's gotten busy. We've got many more showings and obviously offers and accepted offers happening and a lot of activity and I've got, you know, listings are starting to happen again. And so yeah, it's it's, it's feeling good. And now next Wednesday, though, is a, you know, Bank of Canada meeting. So we'll see what they do with the interest rates next Wednesday. So, next week on our show, we'll chat about that. Yeah,

Curtis Pope:

that sounds like a plan Well, right now we should probably take a break. If people want more information about all the listings that you do have and things like that we're gonna go after

Michele Cummins - PREC:

breaking up with you so that KitKat bar, they can go to Michelle cummins.ca

Curtis Pope:

We're back with more right after this. Number two becomings Real Estate Group show with Michelle Collins and myself Curtis Pope. Now I know you're doing you were talking about dry January. Does that mean no Christmas coffee's right now.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

No Christmas coffees. But that ended I think a week ago or so. So I'm not really doing Jet Dry January. No, but I'm being I'm pretty pretty good. Yeah, so it's yeah, it's it's, but you know what I think I'm going to I've heard a lot of the great benefits. And so I'm doing it. Richard and I are both doing it. Does he know this? Starting tomorrow? Starting tomorrow?

Curtis Pope:

I'm doing what? Yousician? He's gonna be going Excuse me?

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Actually, he started it pretty much before I got home actually back from Oregon. Oh, yeah. So I'm, I'm like, Well,

Curtis Pope:

hold off. There's a big dry February thing that they do every year. Okay, there we go. Yeah, and whole thing about dry February can be a week, it can be two weeks, it can be the full month. So you look into that. And I think it's from the Canadian Cancer Society. They put this on every year. So you can you can just wait the you know, we can have a new drive February.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

I love that. Because with all the benefits and everything and then once it's like once you stop having like candy bars or sugar you stop craving it or you start it's just a habit. Right. Some things that are habit. So have a bubbly water in champagne glass. Yeah. Feel the same?

Curtis Pope:

Yeah, I mean, that's just I mean, I was coming to the hockey game the other night, and they're handing out beer outside the door. I'm like, what was it sponsor? I'm like, how can they do that? They can't just hand out beer. And I looked and it was a Budweiser, the new Budweiser zero. Uh huh. And I was just like, Well, that makes sense. And we're also offering it to my 18 year old son and I'm like, what are they? It just feels weird what is going on? And then like all the poor cops that are all over the place right now everybody's walking around town with a beer in their hand. It's not a real beer but still the cops are probably going out what do you go okay, it's one of those zeros as well. Okay. But it was it was interesting because he just had pallets and pallets of these things as you walked out the door of the hockey game.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Okay, Curtis so back to how you're feeling because you're doing a dry January I've heard that about like better sleep, clearer mind more energy.

Curtis Pope:

You know, it's I it's hard to say because I started taking vitamin B 12 In the late part of last year, and that is had me of clear mind and definitely little more energy which it might be able to SIBO effect I know that's what you're supposed to get from it, but it seems to be there. And as my doctor said, go with it. If it's if it's real great if it's a placebo effect, great. So I can't say it again, I don't drink that much anymore. I just, you know, I like a good beer now. And then with a meal, or if I'm hanging out with my brother in law will have a couple craft beers or whatever, maybe me and my, my son, he likes to go for my oldest likes to go. He's really into beer. He likes to go to the local breweries and get a flight. You know, that's, that's the kind of stuff I do. I don't pound him back anymore. I just know, that hurts too much.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

There's a brewery called the family business in Texas. And

Curtis Pope:

it's a bit of a commute for me, Michelle.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

I know I'm really about the local Rezo. But this is a great one. If you find yourself in Texas, and it's owned by the actor from Supernatural.

Curtis Pope:

Okay, Dean, I was gonna say, well, we'll chip meet me there for a beer.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

He probably will. We'll call him on that. Okay, so one of the new things my one of my sisters of the year was a word of the day, I said, I have this amazing app, a word a day, like grow your vocabulary. And I, I want to do that right? The Globe row, my vocabulary. So the word I used earlier on you. I said, Curtis, we were between our breaks. I said, Curtis, you're very you the nomic.

Curtis Pope:

Yeah, which I thought you were calling me demonic. But it turns out, that's not the case. Well, maybe it is the case. But that's not what you were doing.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

You're very you're demotic. And okay, that means you find happiness in things. So, actually, the true meaning is pertaining or conducive to happiness. So make happiness happen in your life, like Curtis. By making the moments for yourself, like gazing into the stars or sitting by the river, take quiet time relaxing and watching the sunset or go for a walk or bike ride on your own to just take in some peaceful non interrupted moments, and make your demonic moments for your self in your life. Well,

Curtis Pope:

I don't want to get too deep and profound here. But I really feel like that, you know, I get what you're saying totally. But I feel a lot of that just comes down to plain and simple gratitude. I think. I think if you are grateful for what you have, and what you have around you, and you can be grateful, I think that tends to bring that happiness level way up. Because you're in the moment more,

Unknown:

it's so true. And

Michele Cummins - PREC:

that is how I feel right now because I just yesterday got notified that I on rank my agents, they have voted me or I've been nominated or not nominated, but they've given me the number one realtor admission. And so I'm very grateful for that. And the same week, I got notified from the medallion that I'm what top 1% of my field, which I knew but you know, it's nice when you when people recognize it. So the board sent me over, you know, congratulations. And so I'm so thankful for all my clients and you Curtis

Curtis Pope:

Oh, you know it you know, as you know it we say about raising a child but it takes a village sometimes to do anything and you you do have a heck of a team but you know, well, excluding myself, you have a great team around you because whenever I don't get something you know, for the like the video up quick enough for someone I get a nice little played email. Curtis, where's your video? Oh, sorry. Right, here it is.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Jonas is like, Michelle Chris hasn't sent his video in Yeah, can you do think I can text you?

Curtis Pope:

They're very always very polite, but like, like clockwork, it's like, if I don't send it by Tuesday at like, 11am, I get an email. I'm like, Oh, I forgot to send that.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

They're amazing. And so I'm so grateful and thankful. And exactly what you said is being grateful for so many things in our lives of free will look at it because we have a lot of hard things in our lives happened all of us do. And but if you can concentrate on the good and keep that positive mindset.

Curtis Pope:

Well, you know, it's, you know, my birthday is coming up next month, and you know, I'm getting older and getting real old. But still, you know, one of the things that, you know, was said to me by I think one of my uncle's when I was quite young. And he said something about, you know, something along the lines of grown old ain't for everybody goes, but it's a privilege. Not everybody gets Oh, that's beautiful. Because it's so true. And it is it is a true, it's very true. So it's like, yeah, you know, I, you know, my wife one day said something to me about, you know, it's just like, you know, what's your five year plan and all this, you know, what do you want to do? And I'm like, I don't know, I just kind of worry about the here and now and she's like, you know, that's true. You really, you're really more into the moment and stuff like that Not worried so much about the past or the future kind of thing. I'm like, Yeah, that's just the way I've always been. But I am starting to try to think a little bit more along lines of like my wife like she wants to travel here travel there. And one day she's like, don't you want to travel somewhere and I'm like, listed off like four places I wanted to go and she went, oh, oh, okay. I'm like, Yeah, I want to go to Venice. I want to go to Italy. Well, then this isn't Italy. I know. But I want to see Italy I want to see, I've always wanted to go to Venice, I want to go to Greece, I want to go to Egypt. I mean, all these places I've always wanted to go to. And she's like, alright, well, the good news is I want to go to the same places. So, you know, we're starting to look at a, you know, down the road, how far we have to go, you know, to make saved money up to make one of these European trips and hit all these places.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Oh, yeah. Yeah. And you're doing it by building equity in real estate?

Curtis Pope:

Well, that's what we're hoping.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Yeah. And then, oh, it's beautiful. Because and that's one of the important

Curtis Pope:

things. I mean, I know not everybody, you know, can, people don't think they can afford real estate. And that's the thing I mean, and somebody like you, an expert in the field can find different ways, no matter what, usually the you know, there's options to rent to own and everything else and, and things where you can get your foot into the real estate market. And it is really probably the best investment for growth when you really look out over the last 4050 years, at least in this market.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Absolutely. Absolutely. It is building that equity and just having other people pay it off. And there's so many different ways you can do it and use it to your advantage. And like you said, anybody can do it. But almost everyone feels like they can't. So they need that advice. And they need that guidance, and they need the push that you need to take that step. And it's hard. The first step is the hardest, but it doesn't mean the second step is it is not hard, because it is it gets easier, the more you do, but the more you get into it, because you see the benefits, but it's until you see the benefits. So it does take the first step and then you get encouraged to do the second step. But it is hard, just gets less hard every time. But

Curtis Pope:

when you get more, you get more experienced, and it is always rewarding. I mean, I remember being so scared buying our first house and our first house cost us $92,000 in Prince George. All right. I mean, it was an older house, it was nothing fancy. And it might have even been haunted. But we bought it for $92,000. And then now our new house was just about a million to buy and still pretty daunting when you just look at the numbers on the Okay, I'll sign this paperwork, that's a lot of money. There's a lot of zeros on that, you know, like

Michele Cummins - PREC:

real estate is the one thing that that surpasses and keeps up with inflation and with everything else, really.

Curtis Pope:

And it's it's a safe investment as opposed to crypto.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Duenas talking about that again, I got so many reviews on Facebook with the bills crypto. Oh my gosh, every day I'm deleting blocking deleting

Curtis Pope:

crypto on the side.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Okay, so a couple of highlights from some real estate news around the area. So the in the Vancouver Sun and you you know ask me if you want to see the whole reports on these but I'm just gonna say the snippets like the headlines, so in Vancouver Sun plans to create BCWS first living dike move ahead in mud Bay, you may know about this, you may want to read about it. Also in Vancouver Sun. They're sending a message ABC majority Council putting stamp on city priorities now going into the Victoria times colonist Langford Fast Track tree protection bylaw draws praise and he people always ask me how's Michigan How's Abbotsford about trees, bylaws and things like that?

Curtis Pope:

Because every city has different bylaws on trees, not something you got to look into whenever you're going to do a bill because some you have to either keep the existing trees or the majority of them or you have to plant trees. And honestly,

Michele Cummins - PREC:

maybe your permit per tree removed.

Curtis Pope:

Honestly, I mean I get some people don't like having trees but I mean it just makes neighborhood look that much more individualized and different when you've got trees in

Michele Cummins - PREC:

there is true. Oh, the Shaughnessy there's some streets that have gorgeous cherry trees lining the streets and just Yeah, it was in

Curtis Pope:

12th Avenue. I think it is there there's just miles and miles and miles and you're there the right time and all you do is see cherry blossoms. It's one of my favorite parts of Vancouver in the spring.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Yeah. And then like a city of Abbotsford bylaw has allowed in three dogs but somebody like mission allows two dogs just in the city bylaw. So there's these different change differences as well. Yeah, and Cbc BC small landslides force about 30 people out of their homes in Campbell River so I feel for those people with what's going on there. Also CBC BC housing purchases permanent shelter location in Cranbrook case, you didn't know that Vancouver Sun Plex appeal, Vancouver Island six unit housing and low density neighborhoods so the Vancouver city staff are proposing to legalize buildings with up to six homes on a single lot adding larger buildings and more residents to low density residential side streets currently dominated by detached houses. And Langley has been looking at and is currently looking at and almost 99.9% sure it's going to happen to allow to legal suites in houses so there's lots of changes to to raise our density for housing, which is good and CBC News Zellers stores set to open inside 25 The Bay locations across Canada, including Abbotsford.

Curtis Pope:

Yes, do you remember

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Zellers shopping?

Curtis Pope:

The funny thing is is like everybody's going crazy for this and I don't mean maybe I just don't have the fondest memories of Zellers like I guess other people do. And histology is a great thing. I get it but I'm like, Sellers was okay.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

I liked Kmart because I liked the Kmart special, the blue light special.

Curtis Pope:

I am more of a target guy. I always like Target even though they didn't do very well in Canada, but yeah, target was my favorite of the three. When you go down to the state side. Yeah. We're going to Bellingham. I'm going to target

Michele Cummins - PREC:

and they carry Joanna Gaines line Magnolia, so how can you not love Target

Curtis Pope:

they do and for me, they sell a lot of musician T shirts at a good price and they're good quality shirts. So I like to target

Michele Cummins - PREC:

you know Kmart has Jacqueline Smith with us outfits though and I loved buying Jacqueline Smith's outfit is

Curtis Pope:

there any Kmart left are they completely kaput? No

Michele Cummins - PREC:

No there is one left in Bellingham I believe yes.

Curtis Pope:

But down in so long. I have no idea. I believe I haven't been to the states in probably four years. Oh, it's

Michele Cummins - PREC:

time to go. Hobby Lobby. You gotta go to Hobby Lobby and Bellingham. I went there in an hour when I was in Albany, Oregon, before I went to the beach house because we didn't have a Christmas tree so I had to get a beachy I always wanted a beachy Christmas tree and I needed to have a Christmas tree for my family. So I went got a tree luckily they had one and it was beautiful frosted it was like the perfect tree and then I got all I went to Hobby Lobby. Oh my dreams came true.

Unknown:

All the beachy stuff I love their they have such artistic and like hobbyist stuff. It's great.

Curtis Pope:

I liked it. No, we when we I guess what we were there in 2019 in Hawaii, but I wasn't doing a lot of shopping at you know bookstores when I was in Hawaii. I was hitting a little shops up and stuff like that.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

Those must have been fun. Oh yeah, I love it. Or Trader Joe's and states is nice too.

Curtis Pope:

I do love Trader Joe's but you can order all their stuff online. Oh, I didn't know that the most part.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

How come you can't order See's Candies in Canada. I tried. Does anybody know how to order See's Candies to get them delivered in Canada? It's my favorite chocolate

Curtis Pope:

I don't know ever but no like we i i ordered everything bagel mix from Trader Joe's like online of Trader Joe's brand like off of Amazon.

Michele Cummins - PREC:

That's the one big old good at Tim Hortons is the everything bagel and that

Curtis Pope:

stuff. You know, I got you know, my kids generation they put everything bagel seasoning on everything. on everything. So

Michele Cummins - PREC:

I wonder if it's gonna like fries like a potato.

Curtis Pope:

It's good on it. I like it on rice. Oh, never thought
