Curtis Pope:
time to get it Saturday morning my favorite time of the week because I get to talk to local realtor Rockstar Michelle Cummins. It's the Cummins Real Estate Group show. How are you doing Michelle?
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Happy 19th of March to you, Curtis. I'm great. How are you doing?
Curtis Pope:
I'm doing great. And of course, you being an actress, Beware the Ides of March. We're already past the Ides of March, aren't we? Oh, yeah. It's not the first time we've ever had Shakespeare on here. I don't know.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
I think once before we may, it might try. Yeah. Okay. Are you I think you're the one who brought it up. You share Varian actor, you know what, talking about, like, acting and Shakespeare and, and just the level of art. You and your family are full of art. And I have in front of me, a cool magazine. It's called Mountain neighbors. And you are on the cover you and your family. And there's a awesome article about you and your family inside.
Curtis Pope:
Yeah, that was that was kind of cool. I mean, I never thought I'd see our faces on print unless it was a wanted poster. But it was kind of cool to you know, we moved into that new neighborhood a year ago and and there's this there's this local magazine for that area of Abbotsford around Glen mountain and Eagle Mountain and Su mass mountain and it's called Mountain neighbors obviously, and, and through a friend of a friend of a friend, they found out we moved there and asked if we'd be in it.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Ah, it is so awesome. And I just can I read from it.
Curtis Pope:
You can I mean, you know, I'm sure it's riveting to other folks. But no, actually Gwen did a great job of of taking the questionnaire I filled out a little interview she did with me and actually made it sound cool.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
It is so cool. And I like it. Okay, I just want to read something because you know, not everyone gets his magazine. It's nice to the neighborhood to the mountain neighbors but it says for Curtis and Kelly their story plays like a symphony or a long playing album. They met 20 years ago when they both worked at Richmond center. Lights say their long term romance was charged by food as Curtis worked at batteries included and Kelly worked up Cinnabon. Curtis just had to speak with the girl with beautiful blue eyes and matching smiles 22 years later this July. Their song is still being sung with three teenagers added to the course. I love that. Kelly went to quantum college for her early childhood education program. She loves working with children and her warm and patient manner makes her the wonderful preschool teacher that she is. Her career and childcare has spanned at 25 years. She is such a beautiful star. You're your wife there Kelly is amazing. In 2000 Curtis graduated from the two year radio program at BCIT British Columbia Institute of Technology and he has been working in radio ever since he started his career as the fill in operator on the red Robinson morning show. Oh cool. I'd CISL 650. From there he got his first on air gig in Prince George where they spent seven years before moving to Abbotsford here in town. He's in the afternoon, Dr. Lowe's and music director at our country one Oh 7.1 for 15 years. Curtis also gets to co host Yes, the Cummins Real Estate Group show and I will see this next part well okay, local superstar realtor, Michels government. In addition, he has been the on site announcer at Agra fer for the last decade. That's a long time Curtis.
Curtis Pope:
It's a long time for them. They've had to put up with me for a decade.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Oh, it's fun year after year. Music is not just part of criticism job. It's a huge part of his life. He spends a lot of time listening to music, of course, playing his drum kit, SoCal and reading books about music. He also has spent many years volunteering for the BC Country Music Association over the last 15 years as a director, event host and more. Their kids have grown up around radio and the music industry. Dylan, their old eldest, loves music and has been playing guitar for a little over three years now. He's really passionate about music and is writing his own original compositions. He's also a big fan of film and watches everything from classics like Citizen Kane. That's a good one to guarantee no movies so cool. To the latest Hollywood has to offer Cody their middle guy has interest other than music. He's their hockey player and he's the captain of his are you 18 At two teams, Curtis helped out with his teams over the years with the ads for minor Hockey Association as a coach, assistant coach or safety person. It helps that Curtis is a diehard Vancouver Canucks and St. Louis Cardinals fan. Cody graduate from high school this year and like a typical teenage boy, he's really into hockey cars and clothes. He can't afford a love that
Curtis Pope:
yeah, that was that was Glenn took that line from me and it's true because he's, you know, like he's like you into wearing Lululemon and all this kind of stuff. And I'm like, Yeah, where's your where's your money? Well, he's got a job now, so it's good.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Oh, keep the job. It really helps. afford everything. Cassidy your youngest is really into music, clothes, and hanging out with her friends. She loves to sing and dance around the house, just not in front of an audience. Curtis and Kelly call her their little social justice warrior. She inspires them to join her in various causes to help change the world. A cool perk to Curtis's job is getting to meet some really talented and interesting people. Kelly and the kids have been backstage with some really cool people. Kelly always like to talk about meeting Keith Urban and how down to earth and go The only good news. Same goes for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. A different experience happened for Curtis. He was able to go backstage and meet one of his teenage idols Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. Dylan, who was 14 years old at the time had to do the talking his criticism was so starstruck isn't stars get starstruck? Hey, Curtis.
Curtis Pope:
You know what he I walked in the room and there's Steven Tyler and all his Steven Tyler Enos. And I had a hard time speaking because I just I flashed back to being like a 1415 year old kid when I discovered my brother's Aerosmith albums. And But Dylan growing up backstage, he just goes up and starts talking to him.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
That happened to my sister in law was an actor. We were on set and she's so wanted to meet him from Oh, forget the show. It was but he she did she she waited for so long to meet him. And then she did nothing came out of she couldn't say anything when she met him.
Curtis Pope:
Well, Dylan, it says in the article there Dylan actually finally after talking to him for a couple of years, Steven Tyler took like, 70 minutes with everybody in the meet and greet. It was a long meet and greet. And finally Dylan looks and goes, you know, that's my dad. And he's a really big fan. I mean, he used to have hair like yours and a little bit and Steven turned to mean smiles. And it goes, come here and gives me a big huge bear hug now broke the ice.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Oh, that is amazing. That's so cool.
Curtis Pope:
And then I could sort of talk.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
On that note, I think what would be really neat is if you contribute, if you become better if you actually write articles in this magazine, about your interviews and about your experience about meeting all these amazing people.
Curtis Pope:
Well, you know that that's a possibility.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Yeah, I think that would be so neat. Okay, I have to I have to continue on this circle. Okay, so I'm not having been in the area very long. And with pandemic, they haven't had a chance to spend a ton of time with their neighbors, but the pope family considers them amazing. welcoming them from the first day and being really warm and friendly, making them feel a part of the community. Oh, and I have to say, being your realtor, I just That's it warms my heart You talking about the neighbors and enjoying them and the community. So cool. And then it goes on to they haven't had much chance to join the team, the activities except enjoying a beverage in the driveway. So Kelly has had some discussions with the neighbors so there should be more opportunities to get together in the not so distant future, especially if spring actually springs here comes coming up and we can get some
Curtis Pope:
good weather. Absolutely. We're hoping for that.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
I love this next slide. Maybe with a neighborhood sing along or karaoke night. How much fun would that be?
Curtis Pope:
I don't know where that came from. That's my wife because nobody wants to hear me sing.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
block parties with the Pope family and you guys out there with your speakers dealing with his guitar. Kelly with the microphone. You on your drum?
Curtis Pope:
Well, I know my our one neighbor, they're actually they're working together putting a little neighborhood library blocks up on their front of their house.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
I love that.
Curtis Pope:
I do too. And I'm like yeah, I'm done. I got some books I can give you and be great. So I think that's kind of cool. And that's that's one of the cool things about her neighborhood and you as a realtor know that so important when you do move in somewhere you really do want to have that neighborhood feel and and and no sleight against any my former neighbors. You know, in the last few places we live but we've never had that real vibe to our neighborhood. Until now everybody's like, you know, like the first day we moved in a bunch of neighbors came and knocked on the door and, and and said hi oh, here's a Tim's card we all chipped in for us you guys can get some coffee and some food cuz we know you're moving and they just you know they and you know like my My neighbor Tim has been out helping me like shovel snow this year I helped him. We cleaned the drains out of snow for some of the other neighbors like you just, I've never had that vibe before. And it's so cool to have
Michele Cummins - PREC:
it is like it's so rare. You're right nowadays. I mean, I remember growing up, in a cul de sac round about we always had the block parties and people was always looking out for each other. But I feel a lot of rule in different areas that I had been, you know, hasn't happened. So I just I love that. You said a neighborhood that that is kindred spirit that way and that you do that?
Curtis Pope:
Yeah, no, it's it's we got it. We got a great bunch of neighbors and a great bunch of folks in the area. And it's it's it's very, it's very cool. And it just, you know, the house that that you found us you know, it had such a tremendous view in the backyard of the mountains and stuff like that. It's just it's it's a it's definitely a home, not just a house, it's a home.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
A home is where little office. And then it goes on and it mentions that you like traveling. So exciting. What's the next travel? You guys are planning on doing?
Curtis Pope:
You know, we're me and Kelly, have been discussing. Now the kids are older. We we've always wanted to go. You know, we're waiting for the world to calm down a little bit. But we've always wanted to go to Italy. Oh, yeah. Yeah. So I think we might, that might be the next big trip, although we've also contemplated because they've never been and we've been a few times is grabbing the kids and taking them down to somewhere in the Caribbean. You know, maybe it's the Mayan Riviera. Maybe it's Turks and Caicos or Jamaica or whatever. We've talked about sending, you know, taking the whole family on a nice tropical vacation. Because we did that a couple years ago. We went with the big family. We went to Hawaii, but we've talked about maybe taking the immediate family down to Mexico or the summer in the Caribbean.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Have you ever done the Disney Cruise? No, I've
Curtis Pope:
never done a cruise.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
How maybe that maybe you can cruise to Italy or cruise to the Caribbean?
Curtis Pope:
Yeah. Well, you mean the Caribbean cruise would be would be cool. I don't know if I'm are we quite old enough to go on a cruise yet? Michelle?
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Always.
Curtis Pope:
I'm always wondering about that, because you always hear it's like you know, people that are like retired and stuff. And you know, I still always offer us
Michele Cummins - PREC:
the entertainment on the cruise ships and the sun and the activities and the pools and Jacuzzis and the views and the food and of course drinks and
Curtis Pope:
I know my brother has been on a couple cruises and like he really liked that midnight buffet.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
However you are right some people actually retire on the cruise ship because they have like the top notch medical and you can if anything happens you get you know, treated right away pretty much but they actually just it's all inclusive that retirement. Absolutely. I want to retire so I it's St. Patrick's Day as well. I can't I don't know what you did yesterday. But did you have green beer at least?
Curtis Pope:
I didn't have any green beer. But I did have a beverage or two we we had some friends and family over for a little party because my wife is very Irish. And she went that St. Patty's Day is practically Christmas for her. I think it was a bit of a rough morning for her yesterday.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Oh, yeah. Well, Thursday, I did have my green beer. And I also bought an investment property. That's what I did on St. Patrick's Day in Ireland. Not in Ireland, though. No, I didn't travel that far. Okay. But so excited because I had a target goal. You know, I like buying my investment properties for personal needs as I think everyone should think that's a really good idea. And this one, you know, I needed a property that I wanted to have two living spaces. I wanted future use of the property, like an uptick in the features of us and I need to garage space for us. Right Wow overturns cars.
Curtis Pope:
And he's, he's about do to buy new ones. So
Michele Cummins - PREC:
well now we finally got an extra triple garage and in one of them the single garage it can actually we could put a hoist in it so we could actually put in four plus tons of parking in the front for his big supernatural trailer. And so it stands on still excited about it.
Curtis Pope:
Very end now it means he has more room to buy more cars.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Yes. And and saying that a lot of people you know, they ask about would you buy an investment property like I've been asked that a few times in the last like month or two? And I'm like yes, I bought one in October and I'm still looking I'm always looking right now I always say no matter how high the prices are, no matter how much of a seller's market is. You know if you're buying for longevity, if you're buying investment if you're buying for long term. I always say no matter what type of market it is, for your goals, if you can buy and you find the right place to buy you should buy and and here you go here Living Proof. I did it right in the, you know, seller's market on the spot to in the last while it's been a seller's market so well, very
Curtis Pope:
cool. Well, we should probably take a break right about now we're a little over time, but that happens sometimes. If people want more information about what you do as a realtor, where can they go?
Michele Cummins - PREC:
We got a big announcement, we come back and they can always go, Michelle cummins.ca
Curtis Pope:
We're back with more and a big announcement right after this. She and we're back to segment number two of the Cummins Real Estate Group show with Michelle Cummins, and myself Curtis Pope. Now, you teased a big announcement. Michelle. So what is this? This legendary announcement you're about to make?
Michele Cummins - PREC:
It's spring.
Curtis Pope:
That's true. Well, not quite.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Well, it's spring break.
Curtis Pope:
There we go. Because doesn't it isn't tomorrow, spring, when's the actual date changes?
Michele Cummins - PREC:
You know what any day is? It's, it's partly sunny.
Curtis Pope:
Any day, it's partly sunny. But until we had people hanging on waiting for that big announcement, and we're just telling him it's spring.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Well, you know, because that brings us into our next this segment, because we're going to talk about spring cleansing.
Curtis Pope:
Oh, okay. So there we go. There we go. That's a good segue. Because spring cleaning is a good thing we had the inlaws out the other day. So my wife made sure we cleaned the house from stem to stern.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
And the crevices of like the window seals and like inside like, yeah, spring cleaning, I never really looked forward to it. But it's something that's necessary. Well, now,
Curtis Pope:
when it comes to spring cleaning, I'm sure you would probably have a lot of advice for folks because you understand from a real estate perspective, if they're looking to list their house or, or things like that to show a house. And obviously you have to declutter and things like that. But there's probably a lot of other things you need to do with a spring cleaning that they may not really think of. So what when you're spring cleaning, what are the what are the real criterias you have to meet.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Cleanliness is next to godliness. I'm telling you, especially when you go to sell your property, and I just listed a property. Gorgeous, it is off Arden drive, it's a dead end street. So cul de sac Street. It's huge property. It's over almost 13,000 square feet. And it was built in 1972 custom built by a boss construction for himself. And so he picked the prime lot the prime house is full of character, but the owners live there, just maintain it and particularly, it's just so perfect, everything's perfect and beautiful. Obviously they've renovated in the last you know, a few years it's been completely renovated, beautiful metal roof, but cleaning, I walked into that room and I was like this is you can literally eat off any corner of that property and off the ground off wherever and that's how clean it is. And it's in spring cleaning day for sure. I think they spring clean everyday because that place is pristine. And it really makes a big difference. But you know what, after a whole winter of of, you know the the air you're using your furnace, you've got things in the air and dust. You know, there's all sorts of things and it all every corner of your home it seems the cleaning. So from hiring the window cleaners or washing your windows yourself if you can reach them and you can, that makes a big difference. power washing, power washing, especially that north facing side of your house, which in our area typically gets a lot of moss. The power washing makes a big difference. Keeping the fencing and your balconies powerwash. That's huge. So and really like take out and replace the furnace and make sure your things like your batteries. If you have battery operated smoke detectors good time to look at that. But actually a couple that you and I both love Carissa is Joanna and Chip Gaines and they have a magazine called Magnolia journal. And of course I subscribe to it. And they have a great article in there. So I wanted to actually it's really good. I just love the heart of them and in their articles. And so I'm going to read from their magazine, which is actually issue number 22. And that's kind of the theme of our show today is magazine articles. So if there is more than work in a screen Clean there's wisdom to tending to the space we live in can be a way of restoring our well being. Home is even more than the place we return to daily. It's also a feeling. It's where we take shelter, seek sanctuary, find comfort and rest easy at home that we are truly ourselves. There is joy to be found and creating the space that nurtures our body and spirit and anyone under its roof. But when it comes to maintaining that environment, many of us feel less joyful, more beautiful. Often we scrub sweep and keep out of our sense of obligation detached from the true benefits a well tended sanctuary provides. This season as we embark on the age old ritual of spring cleaning, we invite a more mindful approach, Turning our focus to the areas of our home that need our attention, one at a time can also be an act of self care. In the practice of single tasking, restoration can be found for the task in front of us and also for ourselves. It is an opportunity to slow down and be in the present moment. This kind of mindfulness looks like tune into our thoughts, senses and surrounding environment through a nurturing lens solely focused on the here and now. When we apply these principles to cleaning and caring for our home, not only do we do a better job, but we learn to find meaning in our everyday toils. Carrying out mundane chores can become peaceful and isn't pleasant. Start your spring cleanse by being aware of your surroundings. Look the spots you might sometimes glance past the cobwebs, corners and crevices that are easiest to overlook in the day to day. Make a list prioritizing the tasks that will give you your well being the most needed boost. Flipping and vacuuming your mattress can induce deeper sleep, dusting events and changing first soakers will improve the quality of the air you breathe, washing windows and screen less than more sunlight while enhancing the beauty of your outdoor view. Consider how you can be fully engaged in each activity. Give yourself permission to take it slow. Pay attention to what you're doing and sensations that surround it. If you're a hand washing your throw pillows, note the temperature of the water on your hands, the smell and the feel of the soap bubbles, the repetition the repetitive motion of dunking and ringing. Think about all you have to be grateful for those pillows cradle our families weary heads as we relax into our couch after a long day. How lucky are we to have these fluffy pillows this comfy couch, our family and this sanctuary? A safe haven our home? Isn't that a beautiful way of putting it? It's like so like she experienced
Curtis Pope:
it? Well, it is almost and I like how it kind of equates that it's not just a throw pillow. It's something that you use to you know, relax and and take the pressure off and you know, leave whatever else is behind you that you went through that day. So it's you know, a pillow was more than a pillow.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Yeah, and the who wrote this article is the story by Michele with two L's not one like me, but Michelle Sasa, and it's written so beautifully and and she goes into saying, like when a task is complete, resist the temptation to rush off to the next, taking moment to appreciate the outcome of your efforts. savoring the positive feelings that come when calm and cleanliness are restored. Like the object of our attention, we too, are made whole again. And I mean, some people may go, oh, that's kind of cheesy, you're just cleaning your house. But when you really look at it, it actually helps you get the job done. And too many times I'm guilty of this, I just go go go to get to the end goal. And I'll just rush through it. But it does make sense to really think about what you're doing and being being very specific about it and intentional. That's my word. This year. I really that using that word for everything I'm trying to at least is being very intentional with my relationships intentional with my moments in the day intentional with what I'm doing, and then making a big difference. And this article is very intentional to with you know how you're cleaning and the steps to do it in the most positive way. Absolutely. I I mean, it goes on but it mentioned like getting into the right headspace. So preparing for their successful one and setting the tone like turn on all the lights to keep things bright as you finish a room maybe move to the next perhaps you can turn off the lights as a visual cue that your work is done in that room. Like there's all sorts of different ways of like doing it to make it fun. And and so it's really great article I don't think you can actually read this magazine online, you actually have to subscribe to it but every magazine has amazing Ness in it. And it says look at the big picture and make a plan and then it goes into like going room by room or take it task by task depending on how you want to do your cleanings. strategy and then identify how much time is available if you want to do all at once or little at a time, and and all the items that you'll need to make it successful and it Yeah, cuz I always I mean I don't like sprinkling myself but I used to be a house cleaner. I used to own a cleaning company, and I loved it doing it as a business. I loved it. But maybe that's me because it was my business and I loved it. But, and I did feel good after I always do, though you feel good after because you're like, wow, it feels so good. You know. But now I have hired a cleaner for my health. So I don't clean my own house. Well,
Curtis Pope:
you got a musician there. I mean, he. I mean, I know he gets up later today. What else has he got to do around the house?
Michele Cummins - PREC:
Well, he does dishes and he cleans and he cooks.
Curtis Pope:
He cooks funny. Yes. Okay. Well, that will right. Well, we'll, we'll let him go, then we won't get too honored Too bad about that. He's not cleaning. Yeah. But the studio is probably spotless.
Michele Cummins - PREC:
No, actually, it's like my office. My office is a mess. But it's an organized mess. His studio is a mess. But I'm sure I'm sure it's organized. Not sure. But I'm sure. And you know what, that's what happens when you get a lot done when you're busy. That's it. That's the mark of a messy office, it means you're busy. Um, the other announcement, I do have another one. Actually, we did announce it last show. But I wanted to remind everyone that on April 13, the Bank of Canada is going to raise the rates again by a quarter percent. So if you're not pre approved, but as a buyer get pre approved before April 13. So that you could be ready to buy. And last month we had or the beginning of this month, I should say we had a buyer seminar and it was fantastic. We're gonna have another one in a few months, actually, for first time homebuyers. But next month, save the day, from seven to 8pm. On April 14, which is a Thursday, we're going to have a seller's seminar, and we're gonna have a seminar every month on the same second Thursday of the month, and it's gonna be evening so the kids can go to bed or you to be done with work and you can just kind of focus for a half hour to an hour. And we always have prizes for those who come and it's via zoom. So we've been your pajamas doesn't matter. And it's May in May, we're going to have our investors seminar. So I know I chatted a little bit about investments earlier on the show, but I wanted to mention that so keep an eye on that and I have a lot of good reliable realtor referrals and other areas. I've been asked so, so much the past Well, it seems more so than ever, people are actually moving out of the Lower Mainland and you know, cashing their equity out of their properties and heading to Alberta heading to Salem, Oregon Hayden heading to Kamloops Kelowna, Calgary I've had so many islands loss on the islands. So if you need a realtor in another area and you don't have one, I have very reliable referrals I can give you that I have vetted I know them personally. So I'm happy to help you and not just in Canada and the US but even abroad, I've I've actually gained a really good network of relationships with realtors in the area's. So just wanted to say that and talking about my new listings. Okay, we're on that section and I talked a little bit about this brand new listing that just hit the market or up Arden drive the address is 34769 Arden drive, great address and it's almost 13,000 square feet. It is gorgeous. It's got evergreens, it's complete private backyard, huge backyard fully fenced. It's got an oversized double garage that has heated floors. And in the back it's got this kind of dog area for your dog that they can get out to the backyard and come into their section of the garage. So if you're gone during the day working or whatnot, the dog can enjoy the outdoors and still be indoors. And it's a fantastic four level split home and as I mentioned it's 1972 bill but they've renovated it so pretty much. I'd like a three year new metal roof, and it's got a newer hot water tank and updated everything and the laundry room is fantastic. And it's got a school two full bathrooms upstairs, three bedrooms upstairs and on the main or second level sort of it's got a whole other bathroom plus an office that could be a bedroom family and there's a gas fireplace downstairs and spa level. Basement is perfect for either if you're a school teacher like you teach your kids at home for homeschool. It's got this great big chalkboard on the side, but it's the rec room and they've got it all wired for sound and there's big TV on the wall and that can all say then the back of that room. All you need is one drywall law and a door and it could be another episode Jim, if you wanted to, the size of the house is over 2500 square feet. And I just there's so much to say about this home. It's so it's really nice. And as I said, it's like the cleanest home I've been in. I think I can say that isn't brand new, but it's like a brand new home. That's how clean it is. So come out and have a look at it next Sunday. I'm going to have a host an open house from two to four. So not this weekend, because it's just going live. But next Sunday I'm having an open house. So yeah, come enjoy. The price of it is just under 1.5 million. And then I've got a new listing admission, because that one's nice Abbotsford. Oh, by the way, it's by Sandy, Sandy Hill School, which is a French French Immersion School and Abbotsford Christian school. It's got parks around it, it's by Bateman school you could actually walk to all those schools from that location. Okay, so this one admission is off Miller crescent, and it is an almost 9000 square foot lot, a three bedroom, three bathroom built in 1994. And it's got a suite, and it's almost 2300 square feet. It's got a double garage, great neighborhood and it is priced at 1,250,000. Just under that. So there's the two new listings and then of course ledgeview row homes. Okay, this is another big announcement. We have just released these row homes, and they're in East Abbotsford. ledgeview Trails is right adjacent to it. And so is like the tree farm and government land and you can walk to the country club. The prices are 1.3 million for an inside unit, which is a large like 2500 square feet and got full walkout basement. You could put it in law suite in there, or whatnot, the whole thing is finished. And it is reordering this huge incentive because they're brand new. They're nine release, we've sold one and the first three inside units. He's including the GST, that's a $65,000 savings. It's the first three inside units that sell so don't wait. If you want a home, it's going to be completed built in 2023. And the quote of the week, only he who can see the invisible can do the impossible. And that's Frank Elgin. No, I
Curtis Pope:
like that one. Very nice indeed. All right, well, people might want more information about some of your listings and what you do as a realtor. And there's got to be a one stop shop where they can go for all this information, which will come in and join us again next week when we will talk real estate in order to unlock your real estate potential on the show real estate is maximized. Thanks for listening
If you missed last week's episode where Michele talks about Government regulations and the need for more housing, please go back and take a listen - it's well worth it!
