    So you start thinking to yourself 'maybe in a few years I'd like to live...' And thinking like that turns into taking notes of some of the 'must haves' in your ideal living situation. After that you start driving around looking at what kind of options you might have. Depending on where you ended up on those drives, you might be ready to crunch up that paper of 'must have's' and start again, or you might think 'well, I'm going to have to work a few years longer in order to afford that'. 

     

     

    So on this 'must have' list you're writing things about the area like; space, fresh air, view, golfing, walking trails, fishing, view, mountains, nature, bird watching, biking, recreation, view, and one more time just to be sure, view. Beside your 'area' list you have a 'home' list and it reads something like this; vaulted ceilings, master on main, walk-in closet, gourmet kitchen, walk-in pantry, spa-inspired ensuite, patio, large windows, natural light, air conditioning, quality construction, attention to detail, craftsman architecture, rich finishes.

    After contimplating these lists you think that it would also be nice to have a hand in picking some of the finishings, flooring, colours and counters so that you're not just buying another house project, but a ready to live in home.

     

     

    If on one of your drives you made it up to the Harrison Mills area in Agassiz you would have found Harrison Highlands, the largest master planned river view community in the Fraser Valley.
